Frustrated by a lack of inspiration, two young artists set out to find creative stimulation. Neighbors, yet unaware of each other’s existence or of their mutual dilemma, they both find themselves wandering through Coney Island. Through their shared reverie fueled by the cavalcade of carnival lights and sounds, their imaginations transport them to a fantastic dreamscape and the dawning of inspiration.

Using live-action HD, breathtaking styles of animation, and featuring an original score by William D. Caballero, THE INSPIRAGENESIS propels the viewer into a unique world that blends both realism and fantasy.

THE INSPIRAGENESIS won the CREATIVE VISION GRANT from the JESSE THOMPKINS III FOUNDATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE ARTS. This grant enabled Caballero to get additional monetary support and publicity for the film, which later premiered in D.C.
